All About You!

To have balance in your life as a wife and mother is not any easy job especially if you have a full time job. At times you feel you are always on the go and can never take time for yourself. This is why it’s always good to set aside some ME time.  Whether its 15 minutes or an hour you need to find time for yourself. With the busy daily schedule that you already have, at times it can be hard but remember you are important!
Taking care of yourself is a vital part of your well-being. There are many things you can do. Sometimes just a few simple things are all you need.
Try a massage. Let me tell you, I finally received my first full body massage for the first time and it was amazing. You have the option of a full hour, half hour or even a fifteen minute massage will do the trick. If you don’t have time for that or it’s just simply not in the budget you can even do some in home pampering.  A nice warm bubble bath with some scented candles around the tub, add an extra touch with some soothing soft music. Remember tune everyone out this is your ME time.
Treat yourself to a manicure and pedicure. There is nothing better than having the two most important body parts that you must use on a daily basis pampered. If this is not an option you still have other choices to take care of your hand and feet.  The Happy Feet Collection is great for pampered feet all you need is a foot tub and the Pampered Feet Collection. Not only are salt and sugar scrubs great for you exfoliating and detoxifying your body. Have you ever noticed how great they work on your hands? The next time you are using a salt or sugar scrubs take a look at your hands and see how they look and feel afterwards. Wonderful!
Also keep in mind what you are putting on your skin. Even though it smells good it may not always be good . What you put on your skin also absorbs into your skin. I would advise using all natural products with the following ingredients antioxidants, botanicals, essential oils, fruit extracts minerals, and vitamins. Just to name a few.
